The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland are no longer members of the European Union as of 31 January 2020. EU law will apply in the UK until the end of the transition period, which will last until at least 31 December 2020. Brexit will have an impact on international Testing, Inspection and Certification activities as the United Kingdom will probably become a 'third country' after having left the European Union.
