Factory audits and production monitoring
The right components in the right quality
Understanding PV module production is key. Our experts visit factories around the world to conduct independent audits and assess manufacturing quality. Our reports are the basis for selecting the right manufacturer and ensuring that the components are produced to the quality our customers expect.
Once the client has chosen a product, PI experts monitor production at the factory and conduct independent tests to ensure quality. This step ensures that only products that meet the quality requirements arrive on site.

Independent performance and reliability testing of modules
Our own laboratories in Germany and China as well as partner laboratories in the USA, Italy and India enable us to evaluate module quality independently and quickly. Whether the modules come from the production line or from an existing plant, all parties involved can rely on our tests and reports.
Our laboratory network is able to offer the most important tests required by the IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 standards.
Independent and Owner's Engineering
From development to construction and during operation
Our experienced engineering team provides developers with bankable yield assessments and optimal designs for their PV projects. Investors and lenders rely on us for independent site assessment and technical due diligence to protect their interests.
During the construction phase, we provide design review, construction supervision, contract management, and plant inspection and acceptance.
For facilities already in operation, we can also provide troubleshooting and troubleshooting services upon request. Our on-site inspections and tests are complemented by our laboratory and factory-based services, which offer a holistic approach to finding the right solutions.
