Ensure quality requirements at every stage of production
During factory production, our quality assurance engineers ensure that components are produced to customer expectations. Factory pre-shipment inspections ensure that each batch meets the agreed quality criteria. Components are not shipped until all quality standards have been met.
Our reports include details of non-conformities and actions taken to protect quality. The reports also contain the production status in terms of volume produced compared to the plan.
In case of non-conformity, the customer is informed immediately and follow-up measures are discussed in close consultation.
