Factory Inspection

Many of the defects that affect PV and BESS installations can be detected and prevented at the source. At Kiwa PI Berlin, we ensure quality from the outset through audits and production monitoring, detecting defects before shipment. We ensure consistent processes and reduce long-term reliability risks.

Laboratory Testing

We independently validate the reliability and durability of components through advanced testing in our independent, ISO 17025-accredited laboratories. We confirm that materials and designs do not compromise future performance. Kiwa PI Berlin has laboratories in Europe (Berlin), Asia (Shanghai), and the U.S. (PVEL Labs, California).

Field inspection

We perform on-site quality control during acceptance, installation, and commissioning. We use tools such as thermal imaging and electroluminescence to verify the proper performance and safety of the equipment.
