2006/42/AT Machine Directive

The aim of this Regulation is to establish the minimum criteria in the appointment of the notified bodies that will conduct conformity assessment and procedures when the machines are properly installed, maintained and used in accordance with the expected objectives, they should be followed with the basic safety conditions that must be followed during the design and production in order to be placed on the market and put into service unless they harm the human health and safety and condition.

Machine Safety Regulation (2006/42 / EC) was published in the Official Newspaper No. 27158 dated March 3, 2009 and became mandatory application on 29 December 2009. The Regulation on the Amendment to the Machine Safety Regulation (2006/42 / EC) was published in the Official Newspaper dated September 28, 2014 and numbered 29133.
