Course introduction
This training course will introduce you to the principles of HACCP and how to apply these principles to the manufacture of raw materials, additives, blends & compound feeds.
HACCP can be applied in businesses of all sizes. This course is suitable for anyone who is working in, or responsible for safe Animal Feed Production.
Who is the course for?
The course is aimed at operation staff - from operators to managers.
What will delegates take away?
A training certificate is awarded to delegates which meets HACCP requirements for training records.
The price of the course is excluding VAT. There's also a certificate issue fee of £30 + VAT per delegate.
The syllabus includes
- Identify where feed safety hazards can occur
- Determine and introduce control points
- Determine critical control points (including likelihood and severity)
- Establish a system to monitor those critical control points
- Establish corrective actions
- Establish and verify documentation
