Measuring Your Safety Culture

Online Safety Culture Survey

The safety survey is carried out through an online platform provided by Kiwa with ready-made question and answer options. Responses are anonymous and responding is possible via mobile devices or a computer. Results are ready within three weeks from order.

Staff Interviews

Staff interviews are conducted on key personnel at varying organizational levels, and the results of the safety culture survey are utilized. The interviews clarify both safety development areas and objectives, and the importance of the employees’ roles in it.

Site visits and reviews

Site visits and reviews offer practical verification of the results and the possibility to expand the report with e.g. pictures. Visits also allow for the possibility of spontaneous field discussions. They can be executed in conjunction with the staff interviews.
