Code of Conduct and Compliance
We create trust and transparency through what we do. That’s serious business. Therefore everyone, including ourselves, must not have any doubts about our integrity, fairness, proper behaviour and independent judgement.
Being a leader in quality and reliability also includes compliance and living up to proper conduct and a high moral standard. That is why we are working according to a Code of Conduct and Compliance framework, consisting of interconnected regulations and guidelines in the fields of Legal, HR and Quality.

TIC Council
Our Code of Conduct and Compliance is based on the requirements in the compliance framework of the TIC Council of which Kiwa is a member. The TIC Council is the international umbrella organisation of well-reputed TIC companies. It stands for best practices and highest standards in safety, quality, health, ethics and sustainability. Our CEO Luc Leroy is a member of the TIC Council Global Board.
Annual verification
To ensure the effectiveness of our Code of Conduct and Compliance, we subject ourself to an annual independent verification. The results are reported to the Kiwa Compliance Committee, the Kiwa Supervisory and Executive Board and the TIC Council and are used for taking action if appropriate.
