IATF 16949 Education Background & Description
The IATF 16949 Technical Specification was developed to meet the requirements of the QS 9000, French EAQF, German VDA and Italian ANFIA Automotive Standards as defined by Ford, Chrysler and General Motors. Built on the basis of QS 9000 in 1999, the standard was revised in 2002/2009/2016 on the basis of ISO 9001.
The IATF 16949 aims to integrate differences between national or regional standards and eliminate duplicate auditing and documentation practices, is widely accepted by the majority of world automotive manufacturers. With the trainings , it is aimed to give participants a perspective on the concept of Quality Management and Total Quality Management by giving them a perspective with the concepts of automotive specific Quality Management, sharing experiences in a participatory environment and having a road map for participants to develop their own systems at the end of the seminar.
