Changes in Evaluation Guidelines or BRLs

Effective February 2, 2025 the newly drawn up BRL-K14027 is published for review and comments. BRL-K14027 contains the requirements for a product certificate for " Ductile iron pipes and couplings for wastewater”.

There have been no valid certificates for BRL 2003 for some time now, that is why the CvD LSK recently decided to terminate the BRL 2003 with effect from 1-3-2025.

There have been no valid certificates for BRL 2040 for some time now, that is why the CvD LSK recently decided to terminate the BRL 2040 with effect from 1-3-2025.

Met ingang van 13 mei 2024 is de Beoordelingsrichtlijn BRL-K14010 – deel 3 bindend verklaard.  

Effective August 07, 2024 the revied BRL-K777 is published for review and comments. BRL-K777 contains the requirements for a product certificate for "Repair clamps and repair couplings”.

Effective July 10, 2024 the revied BRL-2024 is published for review and comments. BRL 2024 contains the requirements for a product certificate for "Galvanized steel pipes for indoor sewage systems”.

Effective July 2, 2024 the newly drawn up BRL-K614 is published for review and comments. BRL-K614 contains the requirements for a product certificate for "Fire hydrants”.

As of May 15, 2024 a revised version of the Evaluation Guideline BRL-K14010 - deel 1B is published binding.

An amendment sheet for BRL-K537 and BRL-1149 has been drafted and is published for comments as of 01/June/2024.

As of May 21, 2024 the newly drawn up BRL-K14041 is published for criticism. BRL-K14041 contains requirements for a product certificate for "Delivery sets”.

Per 1 September 2023 the new version of BRL5219 has been declared in force and published. Read more about the parts the BRL 5219 have been updated.

With effect from April 21, 2023, an amendment sheet to BRL K17105 “Plastic polyethylene pipe systems for the transport of drinking water and raw water” has been released.

The revised draft-assessment directive BRL 5219 (KOMO) for plastics piping systems intended for closed geothermal energy systems has been published for comments.
